Windy discovered Mindfulness at age eighteen, which helped her through her college years and beyond. After working at different International organisations in New York and Geneva, she opened a restaurant with her husband in Cebu, Philippines, and studied energy work shortly after that. Windy has been teaching and leading retreats and training since 2016, focusing on Mindfulness, meditation, shamanism, energy healing, and yoga.
